Audio-system response can be used to give guests, the employment rate, local information services and its location, on demand via fax or email.

 

Reservations:

Using this service ensures that more rooms are available which are never sold. The system will make reservations by phone, based on the information entered by the user, to adapt their needs.

 

Clock:

Audio-system response can make all calls to wake guests without staff assistance. If a call you want to wake up, the user enters the system and select the option Clock, enter the time and the system will automatically call the room at the specified time.

 

Additional television channels:

Additional channels can be ordered through an audio-response system, to avoid having to restrict its guests to local television channels.

 

Room service:

Guests can use the system to order room services. They mark the Audio-Response and select an option from the required service menu.

 

Voicemail for guests and employees:

For business travelers the mail system helps them stay in touch, no matter how far away they are.

Mailbox users are able to advance messages, leave a message in your mailbox with your cell phone number and they will never be out of reach. The voice message can be transcribed into a copy by fax, which could be sent directly to the headquarters (leaving a message in the mailbox on the site where you can pick up the fax).

 

Timetables and schedules:

Employees can call the system for their programming / work schedules. Those who want overtime or change their schedules, may issue a message to the personal mailbox of all qualified employees.

 

Local maps:

Even before departure, through a system of Audio-response, travelers can get maps of their destination fax / email. They can have all your holiday plans ready to start them when they arrive at their destination.
